The squid ink chashu ramen is delicious. The shrimp kimchi is interesting; not vinegar-y and with a burn that takes a couple chews and seconds to feel. The gyoza is good, but it has a lot of wrapper; you'll still be chewing the outside after the filling is gone. Not that it tastes bad, but it takes some chewing. The staff is nice. You order via ticket machine first, then wait in line to be seated. Parking is only validated for staying at the hotel La Vista. They don't have a parking lot, so you'll be paying for parking as usual in the Akarenga Area.
not bad.
Mediocre ramen at best. Soup flavour has no depth to it. Charsiew is boiled and tasteless.
It is recommended that the salted ramen is a light taste, while the white flavored ramen is a heavier taste. It is delicious and the dining environment is comfortable. After reading the Jinsen warehouse, you can choose the meal here.
The first food I tried as soon as I arrived in Hakodate. Clean space and kind staffs. The salty ramen was really good.
It seems to be the famous ramen chain in HakodateBut the taste does n’t suit my stomach, I feel nothing special
just ok.
Shio ramen is the pinnacle of refreshing taste. At first, I didn't know what broth was because I removed all the mischief, leaving only the flavor. Gyoza is also delicious, so we recommend you eat it together. Larger gyoza than other ramen houses
It's so goooood! On my must come and eat list. Tasty!
delicious
Great Ramen, must try and savor. Even the soup good to the last drop
Big Size ramen
Salt base soup Ramen (Shio), is a very popular in Hokkaido (Hakodate). Its very unique, and different from Miso / Tonkotse. If you like a mild soup base, Shio Ramen is for you.
Go shopping to æ”°, find a ramen shop, eat ramen and rest for a while. The production is not a big surprise, it is just ordinary, but it is not lost. Unfortunately, the price is not high.
It is a normal and photo topping. It was a light soup. Noodles are thin noodles straight. What surprised me was that the gyoza was big, but the skin was crispy and plenty of bean jam. If the taste of the bean paste is strong (I don't think so), drinking soup after dumplings will make the soup feel thin. Was the combination of salt and gyoza useless? Each is not a bad taste. it's delicious!
Service was friendly, ramen was okay.
Good place to eat famous Hakodate ramen which is salt based broth.Generous serving. Chashu is a bit hard but overall it is tasty and lightly salty.Gyozas are much big and juicy.Possible to pay by cardsNon smoking
It seems to be a franchise. It is worth to buy food from vending machines outside the restaurant so it is possible to enter from the beginning. Actual price is price for ramen. It is one of the very rare restaurants that can go to sightseeing spot after 7 o'clock. I ate syo ramen, butter ramen, yaki bun, but it was like a Chinese house. Shio Ramen is like a crispy chicken broth? Buttermilk is curious, but it has a lot of flavor with animal oil. The corn is roasted in butter and boiled with broth. Seems to have no genealogy. I tried to imagine that the people of northern nations eat food to supplement their calories in the winter. It's like ramen noodles in Hakodate. Compared to the Nagasaki Champon dumpling soup, but the deep taste of the broth was not. Maybe if you order Kimchi and eat it.The dumplings are delicious. I do not know if it is Chinese or not. It's 450 yen for five.
I found it very delicious. Much lighter than usual ramen. Portions were very big though. So you cannot consider it a light meal
Fabulous Ramen and the best Goyza I've found
Limited choice or probably I'm choosing it wrongly
Not too bad.. loads better ramen restaurant around.. just saying..
Very tasty shio (salt) ramen. The egg is tasty, char siew is slightly fatty and bamboos are chewy! The soup is light but has a rich taste. Great broth. They also offer free bean sprouts that you can add yourself. Overall a nice experience
Located in the site of the red brick warehouse, the location is excellent. The clear soup is lightly salty, but the umami is so concentrated that you can feel a slight saltiness in your mouth after eating. The store is large and clean.Although it is a popular store that is lined up for meals, the waiting space in the store is not large, so it is recommended that you stall a little before entering.
Recommended...authentic soup filled with pepper and chilli, and staff very polite
Squid ink ramen is a unique touch that I haven't seen before. It was nice though the menu makes it hard to navigate to it, let alone know if there are other options to use it in. The gyoza they serve is big and fat, however are rather underwhelming in flavor. In the end, the ramen is still still pretty good.
Portion size was great but the flavours were ordinary and became overly rich after a few mouthfuls. The gyozas did not have the usual texture on the skin, could be a bit under-fried.
Gyoza is big and very nice light crisp on the outside yet soft inside. Tried the Curry ramen and Shio Ramen as well. Very tasty and flavourful.
Hakodate was listening to salted ramen, so when I asked what ramen shop would be better at the hotel, the name of the opening "Ajisai" came out, so I went to a store in Kanamori bricks warehouse street, and first purchased a meal ticket with a ticket machine in the store It seems that the rotation is good for about 10 minutes sitting on the bench outside. This time I ordered a shachu salted ramen and came in about 5 minutes. It was delicious, but I had imagined a clearer soup that was not as personally as I had hoped, but I was expecting too much. But it was delicious.
Station ramen for a quick meal. Nothing wrong but nothing special either.
one of the most famous ramen chain in Hokkaido. The taste is okay, especially when you need warm food at the evening.
Shio ramen was decent but otherwise, served very average ramen. Not bad, but nothing to shout home about. Dumplings were not that good. Very generous with the pork, but unfortunately it was not very tasty.
How can you visit Hakodate and NOT try shio ramen? I passed by another AJISAI restaurant earlier (the one near Goryokaku Tower) and noticed a massive queue of people outside. I tried AJISAI by the brick warehouses and was not disappointed. Tastiest shio ramen I've had in a long time. Huge gyoza too. Recommended.
Tsukemen ramen "dipping style" was flavorful and we'll balanced. Ordering through a ticket machine made options add-ons like aji tamago, charshu, and gyoza easy. Very nice place to eat and to warm up after being out in -4°C evening weather.
It was a big ramen shop famous for locals, and it was a busy ramen shop with a good turnover rate while it was crowded ^ ^The salt is delicious, with a clear, clear soup with a bit of protein and firm taste and richness! ^ ^Â Noodles also felt Kobashi of the whether the material is high hydrolysis rate NakaFutoshi straight.Reasonably satisfied Kana, if you like things spicy red miso ball is there is a safe but painful?Hospitality, atmosphere, etc. vibrant â—Ž
Easy? No punch? Which one you feel depends on your personal sensitivity. To be clear, ramen is not my favorite, but gyoza is good
Ordered thick back fat ramen with fried dumplings,This thick back fat is not like Kyushu cooked pig back fat, sifted and added,But slightly fry the lard, but do n’t fry it,Add noodles between lard and cooked back fat,At first glance I thought it was dry.The soup is salty and sweet,Lard is not only fragrant, but also warm,It is recommended that people who want to eat pay attention. But the charcoal is fired! The fried dumpling skin is thick and solid,Two on top,Fortunately, only three were called.Otherwise it will really die.
Delicious food, everything is a lot. Alone. Women may not eat all. But if men One bowl is for sure Therefore, if you think you are not a good person, you should order 1 bowl per 2 people.PS. How to order After entering the store, there will be a kiosk, click to select by before choosing Will make enough money to fit the menu that we want and then click to select the menu, then press confirm, it will be Tickets come to be submitted to employees. To sit and wait to eat comfortably
Good but not as good as those in Sapporo
It was delicious.LINE Pay was usable (^ ^)
Quite OK
Ajisai Ramen in Hakodate was tasty! To say it's "par for the course" in terms of Japanese food is a testament to the quality of the dishes you'll find anywhere you enter here in Japan. Anyways..Ajisai's claim to fame is their shio ramen- delightfully light yet full of flavor, it comes with a generous portion of char siu pork, bamboo, a half-boiled egg, and, for lack of a better word, "croutons" (first time I have seen that implemented in ramen).Their gyoza were huge and yummy as well. Definitely get them to accompany your ramen. And if you're feeling hungry (read: gluttonous) as I was, order their char-mayo-don (Char siu pork and seaweed topped over rice with mayonnaise drizzled on top), it was delicious as well. All the dishes were prepared and served reasonably quick with little wait. Definitely visit if you're a fan of shio ramen.
Good ramen, reasonable price, and convenient location. Having said that, not the best ramen I had in Japan.
Very unique salt based soup base which you can only find in Hokkaido. Even though it looks clear, it’s actually made of seaweed, chicken bone, pork bone and dried fish. These adds to the complexity of the flavour. Noodle tastes good as well. The only thing is that the egg is a bit overcooked (the egg yolk is not melting inside) and the char siu will be better if they roast it instead (personal preference).
The waiter is very rude. I was the first one in line, I brought my little sister who is still a baby and it is cold outside so I brought her inside using the baby cart. He immediately pushed me lightly and told me no, out. Out. Out. I thought japanese people have good manners, apparently not all of them.
Great soups
Personally feel that platinum salt ramen taste is not so delicious surprise, you can try dumpling skin pretty thick, as well as local specialties beverages Ga Nana point oh!
It was to have something hot as dinner after having a walk around the cold harbour side. Hakodate soup base was lightly-salted and less fatty, unlike other soup base in other regions of Hokkaido. The ramen and udon were okay, not very special to my taste. The seating was spacious though.
Food: Another Ramen shopAmbiance: CosyPrice: AffordableService: Select food and pay at the machine. Food will be served after payment at the machine.Overall: Its affordable probably because of self pay at the machine. But Ramen abit salty
This is a salt ramen shop that represents Hakodate. The clear soup has a dry-flavored taste, but various flavors come later.I think you will often wait, but the rotation is good, so you will be able to get to your seat immediately.
